Angie is a great teacher! Definitely up front and honest about anything. Great at answering ANY questions you have. The small class allows for a ton of one on one time with the teacher. The course goes by in the blink of an eye so I highly recommend giving yourself plenty of study time between classes to retain all of the info! I would recommend this course to anyone who has interest in real estate.

I attended Southern Academy specifically because it offered a night course and worked with my full time schedule. The instructor, Angie, made this course very interesting as well as informal. I felt confident throughout the course due to Angie stopping to explain each area of concern. She was diligent in making sure we understood the material. Southern Academy only accepts four students per class which allowed her to focus on our individual needs.
