Pre-License Course
Prelicense Classroom week night course is taught in only 10 days, Monday – Friday for 2 weeks.
Classes are taught by one experienced, TN Real Estate Commission-approved, licensed broker instructors who make the class fun and easy to understand real estate fundamental concepts.

Property Management
Managing the Manager
This course is designed for agents considering entering the property management field.

Covering the Landlord Tenant Act, Federal and State laws, Marketing and so much more! This 3 hour class will have you walking away with the information you need to decide to be a property manager.
New Affiliate Course
This course covers the second required class to obtain your TN real estate license.

Covering contracts, marketing, business planning, agency and so much more!
